Shipping & Delivery 

Thank you for shopping at BEARegards.com. Your order has been received. Please note that from time to time, items go out of stock without warning. If there is a backorder on stock, we will notify you of the delay and expected ship date. Please know that we take great pride in ensuring that your shipment is filled appropriately and in a timely way. We are confident that you will be extremely satisfied with all of our products, and hope you will consider telling others about us as well. 

All party lot shipments will show postage of $15 on checkout. Actual shipping of approx $1.00 per animal will be posted to credit card at time of process. We ship by FedEx ground. The $1 per animal is an ESTIMATE of shipping; actual shipping cost will be determined by location and weight per FedEx standards. Additional shipping will be posted as a separate charge.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen. 

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect. 

Returns & Replacements

At BEARegards, our return policy is simple; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money or replace the product. No problems, no hassles, no arguing! That's just what we believe. We want parents to enjoy BEARegards as much as children, so our return policy is aimed at keeping you happy as well. 

We do ask that you e-mail us first at bearegardscustomerservice@gmail.com and describe the problem and get a Return Materials tracking number from us. This way we can have a new replacement item packed and ready to be shipped immediately on receipt of the return. You can return up to 10% of your order with no re-stocking fee. If more than 10% of the quantity is returned, we will charge a 20% re-stocking fee. 

Please no COD on the returns, we will gladly replace your product or refund your money, but we would like you to pay for the return shipping to us. That sounds fair doesn't it? 

Also, please be reasonable about the time frame on the return of the product. You can always e-mail us to explain the nature and circumstances of a delayed return, but I think about four weeks from purchase date is reasonable on the return. Don't you? 

Bottom line is this: We want you to be happy with your BEARegards product and we will bend over backwards to ensure you are satisfied. You are our best advertisers. If your child loves their BEARegards comfort bear or gift, we have confidence you will be a return customer and will tell others about us as well. We like that!
